| Bio: | If you're reading this, you're either a friend of mine or one who is, at least, mildly curious about me. To all friends, hellooooo~! You're awesome. No, seriously. I don't friend just anybody. There must be something special about you. I've either known you for years or you're an amazing artist or you get easily obsessed and talk at length about the same things that I'm interested in. In some cases, you may be/do all of the above. In any case, you're beyond cool. To all visitors, welcome to my little piece 'o web. What you'll find here are rantings, ravings, art things and musings. Fangirl squee~!s abound. Doodles do also. Be aware that when I find a subject that I am interested in, I will talk it to DEATH. I will also post art about it. To DEATH. There is no middle ground. There are simply the things that I am obsessed with (see Interests) and things that I am NOT obsessed with (which I will never bother writing or arting about). Gotta love extreme journaling. Other than that, here are some things that you may want to know about me when you try to read this monstrosity that is my InternetBrain: I'm a graduate assistant who is working towards her M.A. in Painting. My goal is to get to NYC. Not to become a famous artist necessarily but I'd like to be able to live financially sound. I am an anime and manga whore. High school dramas are my guilty pleasure (Mars, Hana Yori Dango, Hot Gimmick, etc). I just read 1984 and am now thoroughly twitchy with awareness and all that good stuff. I am "former" military. I use that term loosely because of the the Back Door Draft that is currently rampaging through the Armed Forces. Also spent some time in Kuwait tracking casualties at an army hospital. It was an experience. And I'll leave it at that. In relation to the military, it is my belief that to support the troops, you HAVE to be against this war. Or at least question it. Dick Cheney = Satan. George W. Bush = annoying puppet. My hair is floofy. Hence, I am "floofed out." This state of being "floofed" can also refer to my being paniced, irked, excited, giddy, amused or any myriad of other extreme emotions. It's quite versatile. I use smileys a LOT.
